In addition to assessing your refractive needs, we routinely assess for strabismus, ambloypia, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and cataracts among other diseases that affect the eyes and or visual system.
Fortunatley, blindness from disease and trauma, is small compared to the worlds population, but it is very significant if you are the individual with the problem.
